Deposits & Payments
To reserve your party date, a $100 deposit is required within 72 hours of booking.

• $100 deposit applies toward your total rental cost
• Remaining balance is due before your event
Reservation Policy
If the deposit is not received within 72 hours, the selected time slot may be released and made available to another party.
Cleaning Policy
A credit card is required on file for a $100 excessive cleaning fee if the facility requires significant cleanup beyond normal party use.
Most parties will not incur this charge.

Party Guidelines
To help keep the dome clean and ready for the next party, we ask that guests follow a few simple guidelines.
✔ Return sports equipment to the designated storage area
✔ Turn off bounce houses after use
✔ Return tables and chairs to their original setup area
✔ Dispose of trash and clean up any food spills
✔ Keep food and drinks in the basketball court party area (not on turf)

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food, cake, drinks, and tableware. We simply ask that all food and beverages stay on the basketball court area, not on the turf.
(Please, no alcohol or glass containers.)
Can we decorate?
Absolutely — feel free to bring your own decorations and make the space your own.
We just ask that you avoid confetti, glitter, silly string, and tape on painted walls.
Balloons, banners, and tablecloths are great options.
How early can we arrive to set up?
We suggest arriving 20–30 minutes before your scheduled party.
A JJR staff member will meet you upon arrival to go over important details such as how to shut off the bounce houses, lights, and review any questions you may have before your event begins.
Is staff supervision provided during the party?
A JJR staff member will be on-site at the start of your rental to greet the party host, walk through all procedures, and answer any last-minute questions.
After that, staff will leave the complex, and the rental is under your supervision.

What ages is this best for?
The JJR Sports Dome is great for kids ages 3–12, but older kids, teams, and families are always welcome!
We can tailor the setup and activities based on your group’s age range.
Can we use the bounce houses and equipment however we want?
Yes — you’ll have full access to both bounce houses, sports equipment, and Nerf guns.
For safety, we ask that an adult monitor bounce house use and that younger and older kids play separately when needed.
Is the dome climate-controlled?
The dome is heated during the colder months to keep your event comfortable.
However, there is no air conditioning during the summer months, so please plan accordingly for warm-weather parties.
How do we finalize our booking and make payment?
Once your party date is confirmed, JJR will send an invoice to pay your $200 deposit (rental + cleaning) within 72 hours to hold your spot.
The remaining balance is due 3 days before your party and can be paid:

Can we rent the dome for longer than 3 hours?
Yes! Extended rentals are available for larger events or multi-activity parties.
