Why One-on-One Coaching?
Individualized Training. Maximum Results.
Every athlete is different. Age, training experience, injury history, strengths, weaknesses, and sport demands all influence how they should train.
Our one-on-one coaching begins with a comprehensive performance assessment to identify where an athlete can improve. From there, every session is built specifically around their needs and progresses as they develop.
Whether you're preparing for your next season, recovering from an injury, or chasing the next level of competition, every workout has a purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is one-on-one athlete development right for my athlete?
One-on-one coaching is ideal for athletes who want individualized training based on their sport, goals, and current abilities. Whether your athlete is preparing for an upcoming season, returning from an injury, or looking to gain a competitive edge, every session is customized to their needs.
Do I need to complete an assessment first?
Yes. Every athlete begins with a comprehensive performance assessment. This allows us to evaluate movement quality, strength, speed, power, agility, and other key performance metrics so we can build a program specifically for the athlete.
What sports do you work with?
We work with athletes from nearly every sport, including basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, football, soccer, wrestling, track & field, and more. Every program is designed around the specific physical demands of the athlete's sport.
How often should my athlete train?
Training frequency depends on the athlete's goals, age, training history, and competition schedule. During the assessment, we'll recommend a plan that fits both their development goals and their current practice and game schedule.
How much does one-on-one training cost?
One-on-one athlete development is available in packages of 10 sessions for $459. A JJR membership is required so athletes have access to the facility outside of coaching sessions, allowing them to continue training independently and maximize their results.
How is one-on-one training different from your Athlete Performance classes?
Our Athlete Performance classes follow a structured group training program with individualized coaching throughout each session. One-on-one athlete development provides a completely customized training plan, exclusive coaching attention, flexible programming, and sport-specific progressions designed around a single athlete's goals and assessment results.
