Do we have to do the free evaluation?
Yes. New athletes start with a free evaluation so we can place them correctly and build a plan that fits their needs.

How long does the evaluation take?
Approximately 45–60minutes.

What if my athlete is under 12?
We recommend our Youth Development program for younger athletes.

​

What should my athlete bring?
Athletic clothing, athletic shoes, water, and a willingness to work.
