The JJR Facilities
LASALLE & OTTAWA

Our 27,000 square foot facility has the space in LaSalle and 10,000 square foot facility in downtown Ottawa. There is opportunity for everyone from a general gym member, someone that is a beginner to working out or younger and older athletes! Give us a visit and explore our space. At JJR you can find a full cardio and weight room filled with equipment and a variety of training machines. A large indoor court area for sports with basketball hoops, volleyball nets and batting cages. Top notch recovery room to meet your needs.  Not to mention the emersive community atmosphere where your're sure to meet new friends and have a lot of fun!​
