At JJR Next Level, we run a structured performance program designed for middle school and high school 

athletes who want to get faster, stronger, and more explosive. 

  • Performance Testing Week 1 & Week 8 

  • Strength & Speed Training 4 Days a Week

  • Individual Athlete Progress Report Emailed to Parents 

  • Limited Spots To Maintain Coaching Quality

WHY SUMMER MATTERS

STRUCTURED PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT

Each week includes: 

  • Speed & Acceleration Work

  • Progressive Strength Training (Bench / Squat / OHP / Deadlift Rotation) 

  • Jump & Change of Direction Development 

  • Mobility & Injury Prevention Work 

  • Coach-Led Instruction Every Session 

Athletes train with intent. 

Every session has purpose.
