3-Day Female Summer Speed Camp
Helping Female Athletes Build Confidence in Training
The 3-Day Female Speed Camp at JJR Next Level is designed for female athletes ages 12+ who want to improve speed, confidence, strength, and overall athletic performance in a supportive training environment.
This camp is a great introduction for female athletes who may be new to athlete performance training or feel intimidated jumping directly into a traditional training environment. Athletes will be coached through athletic testing, speed and agility development, and strength/power training while learning proper movement and training techniques used in sports performance programs.
Throughout the 3 days, athletes will experience what a true athlete performance training environment looks like while building confidence, improving movement skills, and learning how structured performance training can help them in their sport.
Day 1 focuses on athletic testing to establish baseline numbers for speed, jumping ability, and change of direction.
Day 2 focuses on acceleration, sprint mechanics, agility, and explosive movement development.
Day 3 introduces athletes to strength and power training designed to improve athletic performance and confidence in the gym setting.
Athletes who complete the FULL 3-Day Camp and decide to continue into our Female Strength & Performance program or Summer Athlete Performance Program will have their $120 camp fee credited toward their next training program.

DAY 1
Performance Testing Day
Athletes will go through athletic performance testing designed to measure speed, jumping ability, explosiveness, and change of direction. This session helps athletes establish baseline numbers while introducing them to the athlete performance training environment at JJR Next Level.
DAY 2
Speed & Agility Development Day
Athletes will focus on acceleration, sprint mechanics, agility, and explosive movement through performance-based drills and coaching designed to improve movement efficiency, quickness, and athletic confidence.
DAY 3
Strength & Power Development Day
Athletes will be introduced to strength and power training methods used to improve athletic performance, explosiveness, coordination, and confidence in the gym setting while learning proper training technique and movement patterns.
FULL CAMP
3-Day Female Summer Speed Camp
This 3-day camp is designed to introduce female athletes ages 12+ to the athlete performance training environment through athletic testing, speed development, and strength training.
Athletes will build confidence while learning proper movement, speed mechanics, explosiveness, and strength development in a supportive training setting designed specifically for female athletes who may be new to performance training.
Athletes who complete the FULL 3-Day Camp and decide to continue into our Female Strength & Performance program or Summer Athlete Performance Program will have their $120 camp fee credited toward their next training program.
