Yin Yoga is a slow, intentional recovery class designed to help your body move better, feel better, and recover deeper. Unlike fast-paced or flow-style yoga, Yin focuses on longer-held poses that target the deep connective tissues — joints, ligaments, fascia, and tendons. This allows you to improve mobility, joint health, and flexibility while calming the nervous system. This class is ideal for: Athletes looking to improve range of motion Lifters needing better joint health Anyone feeling tight, stiff, or beat up from training or daily life Expect a relaxed pace, guided breathing, and supported positions that allow your body to fully release and reset. No yoga experience required. All levels welcome.
Cancellation Policy
Three-day cancellation from the date of sign up. No exceptions. This is not a regular membership to our training facility. Just access for this specific event.
