Service Description
This program is specifically for our Ottawa location and runs 2x per week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30–2:30 PM. Designed for athletes ages 7–11, this summer program focuses on building the foundation every young athlete needs: coordination, balance, speed, and confidence. Across 16 structured sessions, athletes will be coached through movement-based training that helps them: Move better Build athletic habits Improve body control Gain confidence in a structured environment This is not a drop-in or general activity class. It is a progressive training program built to help young athletes develop physically and prepare for future performance training. Location: JJR Next Level – Ottawa Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 1:30–2:30 PM Total: 16 Sessions (Full Summer Only) Spots are limited to keep coaching quality high.
Cancellation Policy
Three-day cancellation from the date of sign up. No exceptions. This is not a regular membership to our training facility. Just access for this specific event.
