Service Description
This program is specifically for our Ottawa location and runs 2x per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30–2:30 PM. Designed for athletes ages 12+, this summer program focuses on improving speed, strength, power, and overall athletic performance in a structured training environment. Across 16 sessions, athletes will be coached through progressive training that helps them: Get faster and more explosive Improve agility and change of direction Build strength and power Develop proper movement mechanics Train with intent and structure This is not random workouts or general fitness. It is a performance-based training program built to help athletes prepare for their sport and separate themselves physically. Location: JJR Next Level – Ottawa Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 1:30–2:30 PM Total: 16 Sessions (Full Summer Only) Spots are limited to keep coaching quality high.
Cancellation Policy
Three-day cancellation from the date of sign up. No exceptions. This is not a regular membership to our training facility. Just access for this specific event.
