Service Description
Ages 12+ | 4 Days Per Week | 8-Week Summer Block The JJR Summer Athlete Performance Phase is an 8-week structured off-season training program designed for middle school and high school athletes who want measurable improvement. This is not a typical summer lift group. This is a results-driven performance system. Athletes train four days per week, focusing on: ✔ Acceleration and top-end speed ✔ Change of direction and agility ✔ Strength development ✔ Explosive power and vertical jump ✔ Injury resilience and movement efficiency 📊 Performance Testing Included During Week 1 and Week 8, athletes will complete performance testing including: 10-yard acceleration Broad jump Vertical jump Change of direction testing Strength benchmarks Each athlete will receive a personalized performance report emailed within one week of the final session, outlining measurable progress and key development areas. Our goal is simple: Leave summer better than you started. Whether preparing for fall sports or building long-term athletic development, this program provides the structure, accountability, and competitive environment serious athletes need. Spots are limited to maintain coaching quality.
Cancellation Policy
Three-day cancellation from the date of sign up. No exceptions. This is not a regular membership to our training facility. Just access for this specific event.
