Winter Youth Development Session Take your game to the next level this winter! Designed for athletes ages 7–11, our Youth Development program focuses on building strength, speed, agility, and sport-specific skills through fun, challenging, and structured workouts. Each session combines bodyweight training, plyometrics, and movement drills to improve athletic performance while fostering teamwork, confidence, and a love for being active. Perfect for young athletes looking to get stronger, faster, and more skilled both on and off the field!
Cancellation Policy
Three-day cancellation from the date of sign up. No exceptions. This is not a regular membership to our training facility. Just access for this specific event. Risk Assumptions: PLEASE READ The use of the facility at JJR Next Level Training and Fitness LLC for personal training/membership naturally involves risk of injury to you even if someone else causes it. I voluntarily accept the risk and agree that the negligence or other acts of JJR Next Level Training and Fitness LLC will not be liable for injury, economic loss, or damage to you resulting from personal, bodily, or mental injury.
