Service Description
The 3-Day Female Speed Camp at JJR Next Level is designed for female athletes ages 12+ who want to improve speed, explosiveness, agility, and overall athletic performance. Athletes will experience a true athlete performance training environment through testing, speed development, and strength/power training led by performance coaches. Day 1 focuses on athletic testing to establish baseline numbers in speed, jumping ability, and change of direction. Day 2 focuses on acceleration, sprint mechanics, agility, and explosive movement development. Day 3 introduces athletes to strength and power training designed to improve athletic performance and build confidence heading into summer training and upcoming sports seasons. This camp is also a great introduction to our Summer Athlete Performance Program at JJR Next Level.
Cancellation Policy
Three-day cancellation from the date of sign up. No exceptions. This is not a regular membership to our training facility. Just access for this specific event. Risk Assumptions: PLEASE READ The use of the facility at JJR Next Level Training and Fitness LLC for personal training/membership naturally involves risk of injury to you even if someone else causes it. I voluntarily accept the risk and agree that the negligence or other acts of JJR Next Level Training and Fitness LLC will not be liable for injury, economic loss, or damage to you resulting from personal, bodily, or mental injury. By signing up online, you have read and acknowledged the above risk assumptions. This will be your consent to use the facility and agreement to the above risk assumptions.
